Cancellation policy
Monthly & Annual Students:
You may cancel your membership at any time through your online student portal. Please note that once you have been billed for the month, refunds are not possible. If you'd no longer like to enroll, to avoid being billed again, please be sure to cancel before your next billing date.
When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the community for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. You may not remain in the community after this period has ended.
Your subscription includes access to the textbook, community, and our other learning softwares (in addition to class). Therefore, we cannot offer refunds simply because you have not attended class for the month. If you'd no longer like to enroll, to avoid being billed, please be sure to cancel before your next billing date.
If you have an annual subscription, you may cancel at any time, but prorated refunds are not possible. You may remain in the community for the remainder of the year.
Absolute Beginner and Novice 6 Week Students:
Enrollment in the 6 week program is a one-time commitment and will not renew automatically, unless you choose to transition into a monthly program.
If the scheduled timing of your 6-week program does not work for you, we will transfer you to a future 6-week session at no additional cost.
Please note: All 6-week program purchases are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. Partial refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments are not provided for missed or unattended classes. Once enrolled, your purchase reserves your spot in the full 6-week program, regardless of attendance.
If you selected a payment plan, it is important to understand that payment plans are installment agreements, not subscriptions. As such, they cannot be canceled mid-payment and are not eligible for refunds. All remaining payments must be completed in full.
Textbook purchases:
Purchases of our digital textbook are non-refundable once the textbook has been accessed.
9 Month Program ($149.95/mo):
We want our students to be completely satisfied with our classes and services. Therefore, we offer a 21-day refund policy for students enrolled in the 9 Month Program.
If you are not satisfied with the classes, you can request a refund within 21 days of the date of purchase. This gives you enough time to take 2 classes and feel it out.
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your online student portal. If you'd no longer like to enroll, to avoid being billed again, please be sure to cancel before your next billing date. You may also downgrade your subscription to the $75/month Academy at any time by contacting the Support Team.
When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the community for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. You may not remain in the community after this period has ended.
9 Month Installment Policy:
The total cost of the 9-Month Muscle Hustle Program amounts to $1349.55. We've separated this full amount into installment of 9 months. Customers who do not cancel their subscription within 20 days of signing up will be charged $149.95 for the remaining 9 months as installment payments.
Installment (and community access) will automatically cancel at the end of the 9-month period unless the student chooses to renew (see policy below).
Renewal Policy:
After 9 months, you will still have the option to stay in the community and access the textbook, support classes, participate in team games, etc. for $50.00 per month.
You will be billed automatically each month until you cancel. To cancel, please log into your online student portal.
Exceptions:
This policy does not apply to students who registered before May of 2023. For these students, the original terms and conditions of their registration will remain in effect.
